Cherry Seymour Dean, 71, of Round Rock and formerly of Blanco, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.

Visitation was held Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Crofts – Crow Funeral Home in Blanco from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Services were held at Crofts – Crow Funeral Chapel on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Burial followed in the Blanco Cemetery.

Cherry was born on March 25, 1943 in Blanco, Texas to Victor and Lillian (Triesch) Seymour. She was a graduate of Blanco High School. Cherry married Jimmy Dean on December 18, 1964. She had worked for Goodwill Stores for a while, and as a baby sitter, but mostly she was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father Victor Seymour.

Cherry is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jimmy Dean of Round Rock, a daughter Tina Dean Falk and husband Michael of Round Rock, two sisters Vickie Walker and husband Gordon and Shirley Wagner and husband Cecil, all of Blanco, a cousin David Seymour and wife Cheryl of Blanco, one grandson Sebastian, several nieces and nephews.
