My earliest endeavors into the world of art were during my college years, trying to learn the intricacies of landscape painting. My most recent works have included wooden mosaic jewelry boxes which I have made for several clients here in the Blanco area.

A doctor completed a tour of our Gardens. As he was leaving, he stopped by my office to tell me how much he enjoyed his visit. And then he said to me, “You know, I don’t believe in God.” “Would you describe the God that you don’t believe in for me?” I asked. He did, and then I said, “I don’t believe in that God either.” I then said to him, “The God of the Scriptures is a good God.

Matt. 5:17-18 says, “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Law, till all be fulfilled.” Mosaic Law teachers try and convince the Biblically illiterate that these verses mean the Law of Moses is still in force today (at least to some degree) on the Christian.

Where do our spirits and souls go when we die? In John, chapter 11, the death of Lazarus is told. John 11:11-16 “11After he had said this, he went on to tell them, “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him up.” 12His disciples replied, “Lord, if he sleeps, he will get better.” 13Jesus had been speaking of his death, but his disciples thought he meant natural sleep.

In I Corinthians chapters one and two, Paul speaks about the message of the cross, the plan of God for the salvation of the lost, and he emphasises that this plan did not originate with the wisdom of men, but from God, saying, "Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man ...

Are you getting what you paid for? Most likely YES. You want a bargain? Well, you just might get a bargain. Going with the cheapest bid without doing some homework on the contractor, can end up costing you more than the highest bidder actually was. Why? Let me tell you some facts we have dealt with. We have been working with clients that the contracts have taken the money and ran, not completed the job, quality is not up to par, items were damaged during construction, and more.
