Digital sign considerations I was happy to see the proposed digital sign hit a roadblock when it comes to night sky light pollution. It seems like the digital sign is being railroaded through. I clearly remember being involved in the LCRA Visionaries in Preservation workshops for the future of Blanco. The one top priority from both old timers and newcomers was to keep the small town rural character of Blanco.
