The Lady Panther softball team topped Navarro, 9-8, on March 8. Leading 3-2 through the first two innings, Blanco fell behind 4-3 in the third inning. Blanco scored six runs in the next three innings to hold on for the win.

Callie Culton pitched for six innings, with Chandler Ashley closing out the seventh inning. Hillary Calzoncit led Blanco with three singles, one run, and two RBI’s. Leslie McClinton hit a double and two RBI’s, and Callie Culton slammed a triple and one RBI.

The junior varsity team recorded a 6-3 victory over Navarro. Pitching for the win were Taylor Guinn and Meaghen Seales.
