"Bowtique" on the Move

Little Sweet Cheeks Bowtique is making a move. Look for the boutique at its new location next to the Chamber of Commerce on the Square (310 Pecan St.) starting Friday, April 1. Along with the new locale, you can find new items coming soon, including YellowBox flip-flops, candles, soaps, jewelry and accessories, and lots of bling. (Bling is very popular these days.) The building housing the boutique will also be getting a new paint job, leaving behind the red, white, and blue of Goin’ Postal.

Same Dogs, New Location

Mary Jo and the "Frankly Speaking" hot dog stand have also relocated. Her Chicago-style hot dogs, and now stuffed baked potatoes, will be available at the group of buildings on US Highway 281 that is formerly the Blanco General Feed Store. Look for it in the south part of town, across from Petersen Tires and the Loop 163 turn off. If you hit Yett Park, you’ve gone too far.
