Karen Meta Wood was born November 18, 1941 and passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at her home in Vacaville, Cal.

Karen is survived by her loving husband Bennie, son Matt Hoffer and daughter Mara Hoffer, both of San Jose, Cal., and son Jason Wood of Elk Grove, Cal. Karen was very proud of her grandchildren, Matt and Brian Hoffer, also of San Jose, Cal. Karen is also survived by her mother-in-law Pearl Wood Greebon of Blanco, Texas. She was preceeded in death by her parents, Elmer and Meta Dini. Karen enjoyed cooking and decorating her home for her family. She will be missed by her family and all her friends.
