The Episcopal Church Women of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Blanco are determined to have the cleanest closets and garages in Blanco County. ECW members are gathering donations from fellow church members and their friends to provide the items for their Clean Sweep Rummage Sale to be held on Saturday, April 9 from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the church at 218 Pittsburg Street.

For sale will be household goods including dishes and glassware, kitchen items including small electric appliances and utensils, tools, furniture, rugs, books, framed art, DVDs, CDs, home décor including bedding, belts, purses, garden items, collectibles, and children’s toys.

Proceeds from this sale will benefit the Young Life program of Blanco County. Young Life is a program offering Christian fellowship to all teens from Blanco and Johnson City. Any high school age teenager within the Blanco County limits can become a part of this community of young people who have fun together and encourage each other as they learn to live as Christians in the world. The Monday night meetings provide opportunities for fellowship among teens from the entire county. Many of the teens and their adult sponsors will attend summer camp in Colorado.
