Fishing Tournament Raises Money For Project Graduation
Wednesday, April 13, 2011 • Posted April 13, 2011

Blanco High School Project Graduation 2011 appreciates everyone who participated in the 4th Annual Bass Tournament at LBJ Lake in Marble Falls on March 27, 2011.

The following generous sponsors helped to make this event possible: Prince Construction, Bradford Ranch Management, Dennis Moore Trucking, NAPA, Blanco NAPA, Canyon Lake’s The Tackle Box, Mike Maring and Canyon Lake’s Lone Star Fishing Forum.

We had fourteen teams participate in the Bass Tournament, which helped raise money for Project Graduation 2011. The teams were: Micheal Reeve, Lester Coldewey and David Heskew, Bob Hatmaker and Willie Horton, Mike Maring and Darrell Schroll, Shann Larve and Travis Smith, Everett Moore and Jesus Andrede, Allan Hunt and Sam Fisher, Alex Brayles and Chase Maddox, Randy and Cody Box, Kyle Cox and Justin Owens, Jay and Dawn Staats, Brany McKinney and Josh Bryant, Matt Marshal and Jaraed Staats, Hunter Brown and Zack Taylor.

Charles and Alice Childress hauled a BBQ pit all the way to Marble Falls and Lester Coldewey donationed sausage links, which Alan Dreyer cooked, for us to sell to the hungry participants. Lester Coldewey worked tirelessly to organize and promote this event. Lester, we couldn’t have done it without you!
