Blanco defeated Comfort 11-8 to capture district title. Clint Dreyer once again shut down the Bobcats as he went the distance, striking out 9 and scattering 10 hits to pick up his 6th win on the year. Grady Childress led the way offensively going 3 for 4 with five RBI. Ethan Evans and Kyle Garrow each had two hits and Wes Copenhaver hit a dinger. Blanco will travel to Junction on Friday to wrap up district play.  The Panthers earn a bye in the playoffs and will know next week who and where the Area game will be played.
