Clifford Benjamin Grimm

Mr. Clifford Benjamin Grimm of Blanco, Texas passed away in the Hill Country Memorial Hospital in Fredericksburg, Texas on Saturday, April 29, 2011 at the age of 85 years. He was born February 10, 1926 in Davenport, Scott County, Iowa, the son of Benjamin M. Grimm and Emma Erps Grimm. He enlisted in the United States Navy on January 27, 1944 in Des Moines, Iowa,  and was discharged on May 2, 1946 as a Carpenter’s Mate. He married Ann Hebert on April 15, 1982 in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Cliff is survived by his spouse, Ann L. Hebert Grimm of Blanco; two daughters, Charlene Molitor of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin and Juliene Schmidt of Jefferson, Wisconsin; eleven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; mother and father-in-law, Margie and Harley Hebert of Lake Charles, Louisiana; one brother-in-law and three sisters-in-law: Tommie Hebert, Kay Authement, Peggy Larson, and Darla Hebert, all of Lake Charles.

As per his wishes, Clifford Grimm will be cremated. His family will hold private services with his family, and his cremains will be interred at a later date in the Pine Hill Cemetery within the Quad City Community of Davenport, Iowa.
