Mayor, Council Sworn In

City council convened on Tuesday, May 24, to swear in the newly elected members of the city government.

The council voted to appoint Rebecca Howerton as mayor pro tem, who will act as mayor during meetings that Homan is unable to attend.

The council also approved the Police Department Technology Enhancement Project grant, which includes computers in patrol cars.
