Now open at 49 Main Street, Fancy Up Salon and Boutique offers an array of personal services together with the latest fashions and accessories. Stop by during their grand opening and ribbon cutting on July 1, starting at noon.

Owner Patti Andrews started the business saying there was a need for the services in Blanco without people (and their tax dollars) driving to other communities. Patti lives in Blanco and has two children in high school.

The services include traditional tanning beds, spray tanning, the new red light collagen therapy, teeth whitening, manicures, and pedicures, along with a complete hair salon. Stylist Kayla Ebert is on hand for men’s and women’s hair and will take walk-ins as well as appointments.

The retail portion of the store includes gifts as well as designer clothing, jewelry, footwear, belts, and swimwear from makers such as Gypsy Soule and ATX Mafia. New arrivals of merchandise are scheduled throughout the year including Old Gringo, Rock Revival, and unique brands.

The store is open from 9:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday – go by and see Patti.
