The week long annual Uptown Blanco Summer Art Camp proved to be a big success once again. Campers ages 5-10 had classes in art history, painting, nature journaling, ceramics and theatre. Mary Johnston, Uptown Blanco Art Center Director ; " I couldn't be happier with children's accomplishments and parent's support for our art center. Our art programs rival any art center in San Antonio or Austin!". Fine art counselors included professional artists Akiko White, Lotus McElfish, and Mary Johnston.
