Wynona Lee Banks, age 84, passed away on July 17, 2011, at her home in Canyon Lake, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Melbourne Jerome Banks, her parents, Denver Colorado Wynn and Eunice Pearl Wynn, her siblings, L. D. Wynn, Bobby Ray Wynn and Caroline Sue Wynn.

She was born in Dibble, Oklahoma and lived the last five years in Canyon Lake, Texas. She worked in the savings and loan industry before retiring. She was an avid reader and could read numerous books per day. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Glenda Stanton and Sandy Stratton, her grandchildren, Paul Brent, Neil Brent, Amy Howard, Staci Pacheco, Joey Stratton and Wyndi Klostermann, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, her sister Barbara Jean Swanson, 6 nieces and nephews, 11 great-nieces and nephews and several great-great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation was at Crofts Funeral Home in Blanco, Texas on Tuesday, July 19, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at Crofts Funeral Home in Blanco, Texas on Wednesday, July 20, at 2:00 followed by graveside services at Fischer Cemetery in Fischer, Texas.
