Who’s Who in the Blanco Cemetery
Part 15 in a Series
Wednesday, July 20, 2011 • Posted July 21, 2011

We very much appreciate all the feedback we receive from people who have connections to those who are laid to rest in the Blanco Cemetery.

We thank Brenda Adair for reporting that Ova Fay Cogbill Damron died on February 11, 2004, in Fredericksburg, Texas. It is assumed that she was buried in Blanco next to her husband and that her death date has just not yet been engraved on her marker. She was 98 years old.

We found a grave marker laying on the ground in this section for Alice Smith (1916-2002). Does anyone have information about her?

Carl Berndt is still a mystery. Hopefully, someone will know someone who remembers his connections to our community.
