Dear Editor,

The Blanco County Cat Colalition has had great success helping folks get the cat overpopulation problem in this county back under control. The volunteers will assist with scheduling appointments for your kitties to be spayed or neutered at local vets and the cost is minimal. There are hundreds and maybe thousands of cats that are roaming and reproducing out there. It is a sad fact that many of them are suffering and need your help. We are in such a state of drought and record heat, they are just struggling to find a drop of water to drink, or a shady spot to cool down. The kittens can't tolerate the heat, so the suffering continues. Please help us, help you, help them. It only takes one phone call to help end their plight and get the situation back under control. Thanks for caring and doing the right thing. Call this number: 512-318-5875
