Congratulations, Chelsea Harvey! Chelsea graduated from Texas State University on August 12, 2011, with a degree in Kinesiology. Chelsea is a 2006 graduate of Blanco High School. Chelsea is the daughter of Sandra Gustafson and Darryl Harvey. Proud grandparents are Charles and Anna Lee Jones from Blanco and Ken and Sandra Harvey from Humble.
