Lee Howard Andrews, 16 years of age, was tragically taken from us on August 31, 2011. Lee died at his home in Johnson City while tending to the numerous animals he loved. Lee is survived by his mom, Terry Fisher. Our Father in Heaven supplied many great men to fill the void of father in Lee’s life; Reagan Heartfield and Don Elmore are just a couple of many such men, his church family, 5 dogs, 8 cats, 2 horses and numerous goats, chickens and turkeys.

We are gathering at Ark Revival Church, 111 Blanco Ave. (located behind the H&R Block building in Super S parking lot) Blanco, Texas, on Wednesday, September 7, at 6:30pm as the people of God to celebrate Lee Andrews’ life and surround Terry Fischer with our love, our faith, and our prayers.

These words written by Simbry, a friend of Lee, captures how powerfully he affected everyone his life touched: "Such an innocent and bright life gone in such a way that only leaves us in shock. Lee, you were such a light in the church. The children loved you and couldn't be sad when you were around. You just had so much passion and cheer, enough to spare and go around. You were certainly helpful to me when I needed you. I am sad for abrupt departure but I am glad you are Home. You were quite a character, Lee, and you sure loved. I hope you have that harmonica in your pocket still."

Lee had a zeal for life, enjoying fishing, swimming, Christian movies, and camping. In lieu of flowers, Lee would want other children to be blessed by the camp where he received numerous awards of excellence while attending through the years. Children’s Association for Maximum Potential (CAMP) mission is to strengthen and inspire individuals with special needs and those who care for them through respite, recreation, and education. You may make your tax-deductible gift to CAMP, PO Box 27086, San Antonio, TX 78227 in memory of Lee Howard Andrews. CAMP will send a card notifying Terry of your gift.

Lee, maturing into a mighty man of God, was and will always be deeply loved and now he will be deeply missed.
