Frances Rose Kunz

Frances Rose Kunz, 79, passed away August 30, 2011, at the Warm Springs Specialty Hospital in Luling, Texas. She was born January 13, 1932, in Flagstaff, Arizona to Henry Fox and Ruth Henderson and lived in Elgin, Oregon. She received a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology in 1988. She and her husband owned and operated a motel and ranch. Frances had a great love for children and was very close to her family. Her greatest hobby was spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Frances is survived by her husband of 52 years, Marvin, one daughter Sharyna Miley of Huntington Beach, California, one sister, Ruth Lewis of Wimberley, one niece, Philippi Stone of Blanco. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Jason (wife Kim) Miley and Lisa Miley and 6 great-grandchildren; Kevin, Morgan, Keegan, Jessica, Logan and Ryan Miley.

There will be graveside services for Frances at 2:00 PM at the Blanco Cemetery, Blanco, Texas, on Thursday September 1, 2011.
