On Tuesday, October 11, at 9:00am at 312 Pecan Street, the Blanco Chamber of Commerce members will elect new directors to fill five available positions on their Board of Directors. Nominees are: Rick Sebenoler – Blanco Hill County Retreat, Ralph de Leon – Blanco County Inn, Lindsey Adams – Lindsey Clare Photography, Charlotte Widick – Healing Arts Community Health Center, Jon Brieger – Redbud Café/Brieger Pottery, Pat Vallone – Individual Member (Non-Business). These six nominees bring with them backgrounds rich in experience and enthusiasm.

The five elected Directors will join the current board: Marcy Westcott (Jan 2012-Dec 2012 President), Liz Waller-Broyal (Jan 2012-Dec 2012 Past President), Debbie Homeier (Jan 2011-Dec 2012), Gabriel Gregerman (Jan 2011-Dec 2012), Carolyn Zbytovsky (Jan 2011-Dec 2012), Jennifer Oines (Jan 2011-Dec 2012), Karen Roets (Jan 2011-Dec 2012) and Russ Whitlock (Advisor)

It is now up to you, the membership, to choose the next board members. The Chamber is sending the ballots out by e-mail. Each member is allowed only one vote. We count the first ballot presented to the Chamber.

Please choose five (5) names and return the ballot to the Chamber by 4 p.m. October 10 – Late ballots are not counted. Only voting representatives of members in good standing (dues paid) are eligible to vote.
