Keep Blanco Beautiful

Well this wonderful rain is certainly going to help us keep Blanco beautiful. You can already see the green popping up in the dead grasses …the trees finally got a decent drink. They are looking greener and some leaves turning, but some that look like fall are actually dead leaves. Hopefully we don’t loose all of those trees though. It was exciting just to walk out in the rain and hope we continue getting some on a timely basis now.

Just want to welcome our two new members we have gotten the last few weeks who are coming to help every week. Yeah for them and for us getting them… Maria Maciag and Sabrina Neitch who are both great workers.

Well, we are working on Christmas decorations We can still use help with refurbishing some large frame decorations and checking lights to get them ready for hanging. Just remember, any Tuesday morning be there at 9:00am or later. We work til at least 11:00 and maybe later as we get closer to holidays. We have had some response to more cutout scenes for the park. We are very excited about adding to it this year. We want Blanco to be a beautiful place to visit during the holidays. We are on the Trail of Lights this year and we want to keep that spot. We need everyone in town to help by decorating.
