Former Teammates Meet As Rivals - Sports - Blanco County News

On Saturday, October 15, three former Blanco Panther teammates met as rivals at the University of the Incarnate Word's Benson Stadium. Anthony Vela (UIW Defensive Tackle) took to the field with two of his best high school buddies, Derek Tesch (A&M Kingsville Tight End) and Layton Dworaczyk (A&M Kingsville Wide Receiver). The final score was A&M 41-UIW 38.
