Justice Willett Stops in Blanco
Wednesday, November 2, 2011 • Posted November 3, 2011

Texas Supreme Court Justice Don Willett stopped by on his way through Blanco on Friday. Willett was first appointed to the Supreme Court of Texas in August 2005 and was elected to a full term in November of the next year.

Supreme Court justices have six-year terms and it’s time for Willett to hit the campaign trail. After attending the Bexar County Republican Women’s Forum in San Antonio, he dropped by the Blanco County News. He is regarded as the most conservative member of the Texas Supreme Court by EmpowerTexans.com and was the topic of a favorable George Will column last December.

The justice has been keeping his own Facebook and Twitter pages up-to-date with events and comments. Find him on facebook.com/JusticeDonWillett and twitter.com/JusticeWillett.
