Blanco Police Officer Tammie Ross responded to a call around 7:15am about a tractor-trailer hitting a tree in the Hill Country Liquor parking lot on Friday morning, November 11. Officer Ross arrived to see this scene—a truck had attempted to turn around by going behind the liquor store and the driver hadn’t anticipated such low branches. One branch was even hanging from a hole in the side of the trailer. The items in the truck were transferred to another and the bent, empty trailer was hauled off later in the day.
