It was a group effort, and the Good Samaritan yard sale and other donation drives gave a good return. Will Granberg, County Commissioner Paul Granberg, Gunnar Granberg, Jo Nell Haas (second from right), and Lisa Granberg (right) presented $890 to Blanco Good Samaritan Center’s Lucy Uselton on Monday, November 14. Joe Haas and Irene Cage also helped organize the yard sale. The LEO Club at Blanco High School, under the direction of Kim Thompson, collected enough food to fill two shopping baskets. The yard sale space was provided by Security State Bank & Trust.
