Steve Gillen presented the History of Chocolate program for us on December 8. For those of you who missed it, let us know if you would be interested in seeing it sometime in the spring.

The holidays are fast approaching. Need some gifts? Why not buy our pre-wrapped salsa for $7 or donate an angel in your loved one’s name for $3 and take a card home to let them know what an angel they are?

For those of you who are taking part of the Third Tuesday Investment Luncheon Club, the meeting for this month has been called off so that people can enjoy the holidays with their family. Remember also, children 10 and under are welcome to join us December 21 from 4-5pm for an hour of Christmas crafts and fun.

Mark your calendars; we will be closed for the holidays December 24-26. Even though we will be closed, you can still check out e-books from the Central Texas Digital Library website (ctdl.lib.overdrive.com).

Final reminder: you can cut down on your overdue fines with boxed or canned goods all this month and donations go to charity. As always, check our website at www.blancolib.org for more information.
