Bobbie L. Moore of New Braunfels, formerly of Blanco, passed away January 4, 2012, in Blanco, Texas, at the age of 88. She was born October 15, 1923, in Plastico, Texas, to Herman Arthur and Beulah May Bishop Haynes. She was a career educator, having taught Home Economics in Blanco for 20 years until 1971. She then became a consultant for the Texas Education Agency until 1993.

She is survived by a son, Leonard Moore of Lake Medina, a daughter, Teresa Moore of Durango, CO, and two granddaughters, Regan Price of New Braunfels and Erin Price of Durango, CO.

A memorial service time and place will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
