The building will house equipment that will allow GVTC to deliver its cable television, voice and broadband services via its fiber network.

After the equipment is installed at the Elm Street building, GVTC crews will begin the process of running fiber line throughout the city. GVTC is scheduled to begin delivering its services to Blanco customers by summer 2012.
