Trinity Lutheran Church held the second lenten luncheon last Thursday in their brightly-decorated fellowship hall. The lunches support the Blanco Ministerial Alliance and are held at noon during lent and include a special message. A $5 donation is suggested, which goes to the alliance funds. Luncheon schedule: March 8 @ United Methodist, March 15 @ St. Ferdinand’s Catholic Church, Kendalia Community and Mt. Horeb Baptist on March 22 @ First Baptist, and New Hope Lutheran and St. Michael’s Episcopal on March 29 @ Gem of the Hills.
