One Act Play Advances to Area

The UIL One Act Play 2A District competition was held on Saturday, March 31, at Fredericksburg High School. Blanco High School performed The Elephant Man and will be advancing to the Area competition at Burnet HS on April 12.

The entire cast and crew performed an incredible show, and top honors were awarded to: Best Actress: Madelyn Cox, Best Actor: Kellam Nabers, All Star Cast: Sam Isenberg, Honorable Mention All Star Cast: trio of Paxston Koehl, Annabeth Griffin, and Echoe Burkhart, Superior Ratings on lights and sounds: Shane Bagwell, Alina Aly, Kathleen Griffin, Eleanor Kirkscey, and Maegan Wilson. The performance was directed by Ms. Emily Houghton.
