Chief of Police Milton Willmann and his wife Kathy are proud to announce the recent engagement of their son, Jakob Karl Willmann, to Rachel Anne McClellan of San Antonio, the daughter of Karen Hale of San Antonio and Ron McClellan of Pipe Creek. Jakob is a former Marine and is currently a student at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Rachel will graduate with a BSN from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in May. The couple plans to marry on November 3, 2012, in New Braunfels, Texas.
