We have less than 10 tickets left for our Annual Friends’ Dinner and a Movie this Friday. You better get your tickets now! On the Square is out so you will need to stop by the library to get your ticket. Sibby Barret of Onion Creek Kitchens is preparing a wonderful Southern Style dinner on April 20 with homemade fried chicken, greens, chocolate pie, and more. Remember, this is a social BYOB event and you must have a ticket. Our movie is The Help, based off the book by Kathryn Stockett, at the library after dinner.

We will close early at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 20, so we can finish preparing for the Dinner and a Movie at the Old Courthouse. This is 15 minutes earlier than what we said last week because we realized we needed that extra bit of time.

Be sure to stop by to see our newly hatched butterflies. They will be picked up for the Butterfly Festival sometime on Thursday. You will have a final chance to see them out at the EmilyAnn Theater in Wimberley on April 21 at 1 p.m. when they are released. The festival starts at 10 a.m. so come out for a day of fun! The festival is located at: 1101 FM 2325 in Wimberley. See you there!
