On Friday, April 13, the San Antonio ice hockey team the Rampage had a Scout Night. On Scout Night, the scouts get a discount ticket that usually includes a hot dog, drink, and chips. The scouts also were given the chance to purchase a Scout Night jersey.

The AT&T Center has various fun things to do out in the courtyard for the scouts before the game and scouts also have the option to camp out at the AT&T Center after the game. This year SeaWorld San Antonio had a booth in the concourse where they were giving away tents and sleeping bags to the scouts. You could also take a picture with one of the characters from SeaWorld. The people running the booth would ask the scout a scout-related question before giving them a sleeping bag and tent.

We had 11 people go from Blanco and three of those were Cub Scouts from pack 497. Everyone had a great time watching the SA Rampage and the Austin Stars battle it out on the ice. The game ended in a tie so they had to go into overtime where the Rampage came out victorious by one shot.
