Mr. and Mrs. Scott Hays of Harlingen, TX, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Madeline Hays, to Calen McNett, son of Kirk and Sheila Felps of Blanco, TX. Ms. Hays is a graduate of Texas State University and is an Ag Science instructor at Fredericksburg ISD. Mr. McNett is a Tarleton State University graduate and is an Ag Science instructor at Comfort ISD. An October wedding is planned.
