If you have a puppy 18 months old or younger, and it hasn’t had its puppy parvo and booster shots call your local veterinarian, Emancipet, or check with the local FFA. A particularly bad strain has been seen in Blanco and is very contagious amongst dogs. Parvo could potentially be fatal for dogs of that age. Older dogs aren’t at as high of a risk.
