According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a two-vehicle crash involving a truck and motorcycle on Sunday, June 3, claimed the life of 25-year-old Steven Lesher of Montgomery, Texas. No one else was injured.

The accident occurred at around 2:26pm on Sunday on RR 165 at Cotton Trail, DPS reported. Lesher was driving a 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan westbound on 165 when a 2002 Toyota Tacoma, driven by Ann Dignan of Dripping Springs, reportedly turned left in front of the motorcycle to enter a private road. The road and weather conditions were dry and clear.

Justice of the Peace Terry Carter pronounced Lesher deceased at 6:14pm. The accident is still under investigation.
