Shiny New Fire Truck

Engine 25, the Blanco Volunteer Fire Department’s newest addition to its fleet, has been in service and out on calls to fight fires in the community and area. Assistant Fire Chief Lynn Hicks noted that the truck’s 10 and a half foot height has a tough time getting under trees at some residences. He asks that citizens keep at least that much clearance on driveways up to their houses so the truck can get through.
