Catholic Charities Visit Central Texas

Catholic Charities of Central Texas will be here on Tuesday, July 17th, 2012. Please feel free to phone the number below if you have anything that needs to be resolved soon. Catholic Charities of Central Texas is providing application materials and assistance in completing applications for CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program), Medicaid, SNAP (formerly Food Stamps), TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), Medicare Savings Program, and Long-Term Care Services. This service will be available at the Johnson City Housing Authority Community Room located at 304 S. Ave F, Johnson City, Texas. Persons may schedule appointments or be seen as walk-ins from 9:30 am to NOON. For appointments or additional information contact Toni Aguirre, Outreach Worker at (512) 940-4845. It is always best to schedule an appointment with Tony so she can tell you what paperwork she needs from you.
