The Canyon Lake Hawks, the Boerne Greyhounds, and the Center Point Pirates came to Blanco on Friday August 10 to play volleyball scrimmages hosted by the Panthers. Varsity teams played 60 minute games at the high school gym. Junior Varsity and the freshman teams played 30 minute games.

Saturday, August 11, the Panther Varsity and Junior Varsity traveled to Boerne for scrimmages against the Ingram Warriors and the Boerne Greyhounds.

These two days of match play were great practice and preparation for the teams as they begin games on Tuesday, August 14, after press time. The varsity plays in the Wimberley Tournament on August 17 and 18. On Tuesday, August 21, the Panthers host the Pirates for games at 5 and 6 o’clock. Come out and support your volleyball teams!
