Frances Jane Elley went to be with the Lord on August 16, 2012 at the age of 74. She was born May 21, 1938 in Weesatche, Texas to the late William and Iva Reeves Hawkins. She was a Servant of God. Frances is survived by her husband of 31 years Joe Albert Elley, her 4 children Chester Leet, Otis Evans, Douglas Evans and Deborah Triesch, brother W.D. Hawkins, sisters Annie Mae Sloan, Johnita Guilliams, Hazel Evans, 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Frances was preceded in death by her son Glen Raymond Evans.

Visitation will be on Monday, August 20, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Blanco, 1200 4th St. Blanco, TX with a reception to immediately follow. Graveside service will be at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
