The following local residents were among the graduates during the 2012 summer commencement ceremonies at Texas State University-San Marcos:

• Lisa Gourley, a resident of Blanco, received a master’s degree in Special Education.

• Jordan Troublefield, a resident of Blanco, received a bachelor’s degree in English.

• Kevin Gray, a resident of Spring Branch, received a bachelor’s degree in Management.

• Ronald Gruetzner, a resident of Spring Branch, received a bachelor’s degree in Management.

• Michael Swayze, a resident of Spring Branch, received a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
