The Panthers quickly scored again on their next possession on a run by Adrien Dominguez and a 2-point conversion run also by Dominguez.

The Bobcats scored a touchdown, but their 2 point conversion was stuffed by Juarez and Bates.

The Panthers struck back quickly on a long run by Dodd for the TD, followed by the 2 point PAT pass from Wagner to Dodd. Blanco took the lead 30-6 into the half-time break.

The Panthers scored twice in the 2nd quarter, first on a run by Ryan Ronces and the PAT keeper by Wagner. Then, there was a carry by Aaron Uballe with the 2 point conversion pass from Wagner to Alvarado. With 9 seconds remaining in the 3rd quarter, Blanco led 46-6.

Late in the 4th quarter Comfort “tacked” on another touchdown to bring the final score to 46-12.

The Panther defense was stingy throughout the game with outstanding tackles by Phil Alvarado, Dru Ramirez, Terry Yarbrough, Dylan Bates, Jake Breeding, Eddie Torres, Alex Juarez, Jack Morgan, Tray Hodge, Ryan Ronces, Joe Lopez, Aaron Uballe, Levi Windham, and Keith Ormand.

The Panther JV travels to Luling on Thursday, September 13, with kickoff set for 6:00p.m.
