Cub Scout Pack 497 of Blanco met Wednesday night for their monthly pack meeting at the United Methodist Fellowship Hall. Seven new scouts were inducted into the scouting program as they participated in the special Bobcat ceremony. The Cub Scouts meet every Thursday night at the Scout Hut for a den meeting and once a month for a pack meeting.
