Encompass Home Health will be presenting a fall prevention class at the Gem of the Hills Senior Citizens Community Center on November 2 at 10:00 am. Come and learn what increases your risk for falls, how to prevent falls, and how to safely get up from a fall. Join the Sit and Get Fit class at 9:00 am, then stay for the cupcake social after the class, or have a cupcake before the prevention class.
