Get to Know BPA at Sunday Coffee
Wednesday, October 24, 2012 • Posted October 25, 2012

Once upon a time a little red-haired girl was born in Blanco and grew up loving to play the violin. When she grew into a young woman, Julia Pautz brought some friends back to her hometown to play lovely music. So many people enjoyed that music several thought it should be shared with the whole community.

Blanco Performing Arts was born in 2010, and they are starting the third year of providing high-quality classical concerts in the intimate setting of the Uptown Blanco Ballroom.

In appreciation for those of you who have attended in the past and in expectation of others who would like to know more about the concerts, Blanco Performing Arts is inviting all for coffee and dessert in the distinctive Uptown Blanco Courtyard this Sunday, October 28, from 1pm to 3pm.

Board members will be on hand to answer questions about the new discounts for seniors and preferential seating for season ticket holders.

Season tickets will be on sale and a cash bar will feature Texas Hills Vineyard wines. Excerpts from recordings of performances by the artists of the upcoming concert series will be played.

Please join us for this Autumn Afternoon in the Courtyard.

Blanco Performing Arts is a 501(3)(c) organization committed to bringing stellar performances to the Hill Country. Find out more atblancoperformingarts.com or by calling 830-833-4762.
