FFA Members Attend International Farm & Ranch Show
Wednesday, December 5, 2012 • Posted December 6, 2012

Seven members of the Blanco FFA Chapter recently attended and helped work the 4th Annual San Antonio International Farm & Ranch Show held at the San Antonio Livestock Exposition show grounds and Freeman Coliseum. The show, which annually draws people from all across Texas and the Southwest, offers educational opportunities and seminars in addition to specialized training over new advancements in farming and ranching. For the past four years, since the show began, the Blanco FFA Chapter is the only volunteer youth group to have assisted with the show since its beginning. Erica Flores, Monica Flores, Megan Andrews, Mason LeBlanc, Kari Graham, Morgan Lowak and Alley Penshorn assisted with setting up booths, registering guests, taking surveys and answering questions for those in attendance. The show is held each year on the second weekend of November.
