Lance Allen Haley

Lance Allen Haley, 45, passed away December 5, 2012 in Johnson City. Lance was born November 20, 1967 in San Antonio, TX to Patsy Ann (Riba) Haley and James Cleveland Haley. He graduated from Johnson City High School in 1986 and then pursued his career in the wholesale automobile industry in San Antonio. In 1993 he returned to Johnson City, but continued his automobile business in San Antonio. Lance chose to live in Johnson City so that he could raise his children in a small town environment.

Lance is survived by his mother, Patsy Haley Lewis of Johnson City; father, James Cleveland Haley and wife Connie of San Antonio; his three sons, Clayton, Cullen, and Chance Haley of Johnson City; sister, Jan Haley DeLeo and husband Tom of Hartsdale, NY; brothers, James Kevin Haley and wife Shauna and Larry Dwayne Haley, all of Johnson City. Lance is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herman and Mildred Riba and Gus and Zora Haley; and stepfather Henry E. Lewis.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, December 7, 2012 at Crofts Funeral Home in Johnson City. Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Crofts Funeral Home with Kyle Roberts officiating. Interment followed in Miller Creek Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Lance to the LBJ Fighting Eagle Band, American Heart Association, First United Methodist Church of Johnson City or to the charity of your choice.
