Olivia Weiershausen, 90, passed away Thursday, January 08, 2009 in Wimberley, TX. She was born in Blanco County to Otto and Lena Bauer Uecker. Olivia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harold Weiershausen, daughter, Joyce Dean Journey, two sons-in-law, John Journey and Vince Nuche, granddaughter, Joy Lynn Journey, one great granddaughter, and two brothers Buddy and Dart Uecker. She is survived by four sons, W.D. Weiershausen of Dripping Springs, Ronnie Weiershausen of Johnson City, Adlai Weiershausen of O’Brien, and Don Weiershausen of Odessa, one daughter, Bonnie Nuche of Bryan, TX; fifteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation was 5:00pm to 8:00pm Friday, January 9, 2009 at Crofts Funeral Home, Johnson City, TX where funeral services were held at 2:00pm Saturday, January 10, 2009. Interment followed in the Masonic Cemetery, Johnson City, TX.
