The Hill Country Cattle Women held their February meeting at Mamacita's Restaurant in Kerrville, with our guest speaker Rhonda Jolley giving us an informative presentation about water rights. We also discussed our upcoming Style Show, which will be held at the Inn of the Hills in Kerrville on April 16, the theme being "Call of the Wild, Safari Style.” You may contact Mary Jane Morrison at 830-249-0855 for ticket sales. This style show is our main fundraiser for the scholarships that are awarded.

Our March 19, 2013 meeting is being held in Fredericksburg, at the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, located at 103 E. San Antonio Street. The meeting is being hosted by the Brady/Llano/Mason members. Social begins at 10:00 am, with the meeting to begin at 10:30 am. We will not be having a guest speaker as this is our planning meeting for the style show. Lunch at a cost of $18.00 will follow the meeting and reservation deadline is March 12, 2013. Please let your county reservation chairwoman (found on page 9 of your yearbook) or Dianne Staudt at 830-997-4729 know no later than March 12. Guests are welcome.

Members are also reminded to bring raffle, silent auction, and live auctions items to this meeting.
