Funeral services for Mrs. Merle Biggers Gray of Wimberley, Texas, formerly of Winona, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, at Moore Memorial United Methodist Church in Winona, with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Winona. Rev. David Carroll will officiate the services.

Visitation will be Monday, January 14, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., at Oliver Funeral Home. Oliver Funeral Home of Winona is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Gray died on Friday, January 11, at her residence in Wimberley. She was 86.

Mrs. Gray was the widow of the late Zane Gray and the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Biggers. She was a member of Moore Memorial United Methodist Church in Winona.

Survivors include two daughters, Glenda Gray of Wimberly, Texas, and Jeanie Gray of Spring Branch, Texas; two sons, Joe Gray of Wylie, Texas, and James Gray of Memphis, Tennessee; a sister, Margie Oliver of Winona; a brother, Morris Biggers of Winona; thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Moore Memorial United Methodist Church in Winona, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
